In-Log Mailroom Technologies GmbH

We have been the IN-LOG GmbH representative in Sweden for many years now. IN-LOG is a company with a wide product range for rotary printing presses such as trimmers, stackers, stream and bundling separators, palletisers and control systems.
The company is based in Vienna and its products and services are of a very high quality.

Trimmers

IN-LOG has several individual trimmer solutions adapted to your need and budget. High precision in manufacturing and design guarantees high quality in the trimmed product as well as a long service life for the equipment.
A set up comprising double trimmers and an intermediate turntable provides the customer with a turnkey solution which can be installed and ready for operation within a few days.

Stacker

IN-LOG's stacker is a high-speed stacker designed for demanding production. The quality of all the components is very high – down to the smallest detail. The result is a stacker with high production safety and long service life.
The stacker can be installed directly after the folder on a press or behind a trimmer or saddle stapler.
The maximum speed is approx. 120,000 products/hour!

Belts, bump turns and curves

With a multitude of accessories to change the product direction and orientation, IN-LOG is able to put together the perfect solution for the customer's production. Thanks to modularisation, it is possible to use standard components to further help keep costs at a minimum and increase flexibility.
A flexible and tried-and-tested system for transporting stacks as well as products in stream gives the customer the option of having the stream at waist height or, to save space, moving it to the ceiling.

Mariani SAS

For many years, Ferag Svenska has been the Swedish representative for the Italian company Mariani. Over the years, Mariani has repeatedly proven to be an incredibly reliable supplier and the supplied equipment is characterised by very high dependability and production safety. Besides palletisers, the company's niche product in the printing industry, Mariani is a major supplier of equipment for the packaging industry, e.g. for Tetra Pak.

Products

Mariani provides three types of 'conventional' palletiser:
- low-level palletisers where the pallet is built up from below
- high-level palletisers where the pallet is built up from the top
- SCARA palletisers with an overhead gripper for robot palletising
With speeds up to 1,800 bundles/hour, Mariani is able to meet most customer demands and wishes. A high degree of customer-specific modifications including a wide array of options are also possible. Mariani's great expertise in palletising enables it to help many customers find a more efficient solution than an initial overview of their system could provide.

Metsi

Metsi has a complete product range for handling printed products from folding to the loading platform. Many satisfied customers testify to the great functionality of Metsi's products even under difficult working conditions and long production. Metsi always looks after its customers in order to guarantee high customer satisfaction. Metsi also has solutions for adding oversheets in so-called programmed production which is aimed at automatically distributing the bundles to the right car. Inkjet addressing is performed using standard equipment from different system suppliers so that products can be individually labelled.

Segbert GmbH & Co. KG is a renowned stacker and palletiser system manufacturer for job-printing shops. It specialises in high-speed applications and is very innovative in terms of technical solutions. An important factor of its equipment is the high level of integrated automation. This results in easy operation and very short adjustment times.
